This 1950s variety is a non-heading, slow bolting variety with large greenish-blue leaves. Its sweet, delicious flavor is ideal for sauteing, baking, or eating fresh. This variety grows up to 32″ tall. Sweetest when harvested in cooler weather, which makes this perfect for a spring or fall growing season.
